Everything about what Paai is, how it works, where its partner data comes from, and how it is priced.

Category and what Paai is

Paai is The Agentic Partner OS, built from three parts working as one system: pre-built and custom workflows, Partner Signals Data™, and AI Native Partner Services. You define a company goal in plain language, for example "20 new healthcare customers from partners this year," and Paai finds the right partners for that goal, sets KPIs against it, activates daily task agents to run the work, reports on progress, and optimizes or de-risks partnerships that slip.

Every partnership type. Channel: resellers, VARs, and distributors. Technology: integration and co-sell partners. ISV: independent software vendors building on your platform. Cloud: marketplace and cloud alliance partners. OEM: embedded and white-label relationships. Hardware: manufacturing and device partners. The workflows and scoring adjust to the partner type you are working with, so a reseller motion and a technology integration motion are not run the same way.

Agentic AI for partnerships means software that executes partnership work rather than storing records of it. Instead of a partner manager doing research, building plans, writing enablement and assembling reports by hand, pre-trained agents run those workflows against a defined company goal. The workflows are authored by partnership operators, not generated on demand by a model, so the same input produces the same repeatable output.

Three things. Discover and recruit: ranked target partner lists in minutes, named stakeholders with drafted outreach, and alignment to your target customers. Grow and optimize: partner plans, KPIs, enablement content, playbooks, co-sell motions, QBR reporting, and automated de-risking. Promote your ecosystem: an embeddable ecosystem builder that maps your partners to customer use cases, ranks them, and sends qualified leads to partners.

Partnership leaders, revenue leaders and founders at B2B technology companies who are accountable for a partner revenue number. It works for teams that already have a partner program and want to scale coverage without adding headcount, and for teams standing up a program with no dedicated partner staff. For the second group, Paai offers Domain Experts who run the platform for you until the goal lands.

How Paai is different

A CRM is built around a direct sales rep and an opportunity record. Partner work is multi-stakeholder, goal-driven and mostly happens outside a deal record: choosing the right partners, building joint plans, producing enablement, tracking sourced and influenced pipeline. Paai runs that work and then attributes it back to the company goal it moved. Paai integrates with CRMs, so pipeline and attribution stay connected to your system of record.

Generic AI drafts an answer and hands it back to you. There is no partner data layer, no ontology and no repeatability. Ask the same partner discovery question twice and you get different companies in a different order, weighted toward whoever has the most internet coverage. Paai executes a defined workflow against a proprietary Partner Signals Data, deterministically. Every candidate is verified in the graph before it is scored, hard disqualification gates remove out-of-scope companies before scoring runs, and impact and effort scores come from explicit weighted signals. The same inputs return the same ranked output, and every result traces back to a defined signal.

Consultants bill by the hour, deliver a deck, then walk out the door with the method. Paai runs continuously, is priced on outcomes rather than effort, and keeps the learning inside your program. Paai's Domain Expert service is also not a consultant. It is three roles working on the platform together: domain experts who run the partner motions for you, a workflow architect who customizes the workflows to your business model, and customer success who makes sure your goals are met. That combination is what a consultant cannot give you. You get faster outcomes, with partners producing before you run a hiring cycle. You get retained, transferable knowledge, because the workflows, plans and partner data stay yours. And you get highly tuned workflows built for your motion by the people who built the platform. When you are ready to bring it in-house, everything is already there.

Maybe, maybe not. Paai does not replace your existing tools. It works alongside your PRM, CRM, email, co-selling tools, lead management, BI and analytics, and integrates with all of them. The one thing Paai does replace is the need to run partner work out of spreadsheets. And even there, if you want to keep a spreadsheet, we can connect to it.

Partner discovery

You ask in plain language, for example "Find partners offering AI-ready data preparation services for fintech." Paai translates the company goal into the partner profile that serves it, searches the Partner Signals Data rather than the open web, scores every candidate on impact and effort, and returns a ranked list with the key stakeholder and drafted outreach for each one.

Deterministically, on explicit weighted signals. Impact is scored on solution group match, solution portfolio overlap, target market alignment and customer account overlap. Effort is scored on solution overlap penalty, partner program maturity, company size and complexity, and competitive entanglement. Every candidate lands in one of four quadrants: Quick Wins (high impact, low effort, first priority), Strategic Growth (high impact, high effort, worth the investment), Fulfillment (lower impact, low effort, volume plays, resellers and distribution), and Future Bets (lower impact, high effort, monitor for later). The models are customizable, so your own partner program criteria can override the defaults.

Yes. Upload the account list you are trying to win, with no limit on how many. Paai returns partners with publicly referenceable evidence that they have already sold into those accounts, scored and bucketed, plus the key stakeholder on the partner team and a drafted message. This runs on public data, so it needs no IT approval, works even if the partner is not a Paai customer, and stays within compliance.

Three layers beyond firmographics. Why this partner: strategic value, success signals and customer overlap. Partner program: whether there is a partner team, program details and their current partners. Key stakeholders: where to start, who to contact and what to say.

Yes. Inbound applications are classified, routed and scored on arrival with the research attached, so nothing sits in a queue waiting for a manager to review it.

Data and technology

From the Partner Signals Data, which Paai built rather than licensed. It is built entirely from publicly available data, collected, normalized, validated and mapped to a partnership taxonomy. Nothing is scraped from private systems and no customer data is used to build it, which is why the results work even for partners who are not Paai customers, need no IT approval, and stay within compliance. Partner decisions need organizational truth, and that data does not exist in Apollo, Crunchbase or ZoomInfo. Those sources give you industry tags and contact details, not what a company actually does. The graph holds what each company specializes in, who they sell to, who they partner with, what they solved for each customer based on public reference customers and case studies, and 50 or more additional data points per company including APIs, integrations, competitors, locations and certifications. The graph currently covers 500K+ companies and 5M+ partner signals.

No. Scoring is deterministic and every result traces back to a defined signal, so you can see why a partner was ranked where it was. Workflows are authored by partnership operators, so the model does not decide the process. Data is validated before agents touch it, which removes hallucination risk from the recommendation.

Yes. Approvals, full audit trails and compliance controls are built in, on every action the agents take.

Yes. Every workflow you run produces an outcome signal. Outcomes validate the playbooks, improve the graph and enrich the data, so the next recommendation is sharper. Outcome data is the one input that only exists inside live programs.

Working with partners

Yes. The workspace has three levels of access. Stand-alone, for the partner manager only. Internal shared, extending access to finance, legal or marketing so everyone works to the same goal. Partner shared, giving the partner team their own view of the tasks, plans and progress that concern them. The partner manager stays in control at every level.

An embeddable replacement for a partner directory. Directories make customers fill a form and wait. Locators offer dozens of checkboxes and no guidance. Marketplaces list company names with no solution context. With the Ecosystem Builder, a customer describes their problem in plain language, Paai builds the solution stack from your technology plus the best-fit integrations, matches and ranks partners by proven delivery experience and certifications, and connects the customer to the right person with the right context. Your partners get qualified leads out of it.

Pricing and getting started

On performance. Paai sells outcomes, not software, so you pay the way you pay a salesperson: 50% fixed fee and 50% performance fee. The fixed fee covers the platform, data and agents. The performance fee is earned as your partner goals are met, measured by new partners onboarded, partner-sourced revenue and additional partner goals. Price is set by partner program size: New (up to 10 partners), Small (up to 50), Growing (up to 500) and Enterprise (500+). Contact info@thepaai.com to get a quote.

The fixed fee covers the platform, data and agents. The performance fee is earned as partner goals are met, and AI Native Services are included in it. Contact info@thepaai.com to get a quote.

Paai offers Domain Experts who run the partner motions for you, supported by a workflow architect who customizes workflows to your business model and customer success to make sure the goals are met. You get partners producing without a hiring cycle first, and the workflows, plans and partner data stay yours when you take it in-house.

Start with one goal. Pick a market, a vertical, a revenue number or a program you are relaunching. Run one motion against it, whether discovery or an ecosystem page. Judge the output. First results land in days, measured against the goal you set. Sign up at thepaai.com.

Typical patterns are 8x faster partner recruitment, with research and onboarding delivered in days; partner revenue goals met with roughly a third of the headcount otherwise required; and 100% attribution of partner activity to the company goal it moved.
